How do Employee conversations progress?
Making your own deck
Your own game content is created together with a Topaasia representative. The deck is created using ready-made material, such as survey material or strategy summaries.

Training of game managers
Once the game deck is ready, game leaders will be trained to use the tool. In Pilot games, Topaasia supports the game leaders at the beginning to ensure that the first game sessions are successful.

Game sessions
The aim is to have a total of 10-20 game sessions during the pilot. The facilitation of game sessions is shared between trained game leaders. 4-8 participants per game session.
